About Dinora
Dinora’s Approach to Exercise Physiology
Holding an Advanced Silver accreditation in WAG coaching, Dinora specialises in strength and conditioning programs for competitive Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
She has competed as a gymnast and dancer on a national level and now uses her passion for Exercise Physiology to help other athletes realise their goals.
Dinora is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and is a qualified gymnastics coach holding an Advanced Silver accreditation in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics with Gymnastics Australia (GAUS), coaching national and elite athletes.
Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) is one of her special interests. It looks at young athlete’s in sport and how to support their developmental pathway from training to competition through adolescence to adulthood.
Dinora previously competed as a national level Gymnast and dancer. At present, as well as being a revered exercise physiologist, she also coaches gymnastics and aerobics. Through this she has gained a keen interest in sports injury management, return to sport rehab and helping athletes and clients achieve their goals and performance potential.
