Tiana’s Approach to Exercise Physiology
Tiana is passionate about using exercise as a form of medicine to support recovery, enhance physical function, and improve overall quality of life.
She works closely with her clients to understand their goals and designs individualised, evidence-based exercise programs to help them achieve lasting results.
Tiana is committed to continually developing her clinical skills and knowledge to ensure her practice remains current and effective. She values a patient-centred approach, empowering clients to take an active role in their health and wellbeing.
Outside of work, Tiana enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and staying active through sports. She has a particular passion for soccer and martial arts, having achieved her First Dan black belt.
